BRUNOX epoxy is the patented rust remediation system based on epoxy resin.
The amber-colored, clear liquid forms a metal-organic iron complex with the neutralized rust layer. This black, very compact and resistant protective layer that forms provides long-term corrosion protection and, thanks to the epoxy resin components, is also a perfect primer layer.
It is ideal for the renovation of machines, equipment and vehicles.
Thanks to its high penetration into the rust pores and its perfect film formation (no brush marks), good effectiveness and further processing is guaranteed. Remove loose rust, grease, dirt and paint residues undermined by rust using a wire brush, grinding wheel, etc.
BRUNOX epoxy is applied to the remaining porous rust in 2 - 3 layers with a brush, roller, spray gun or in several layers from the handy, CFC-free BRUNOX epoxy spray can.
BRUNOX epoxy is very suitable for dipping and pouring into closed containers.
A top coat must then be applied.
